I have always had a passion for photography and began working in the studio during my early 20’s.  I moved to the Tualatin Valley with my son as my then boyfriend was in school in Texas.  After the birth of my second son, and getting married to that same guy who was in Texas when I moved, I felt the urge to rediscover my love behind the camera and so 2Sons Photography was born.  After having spent the majority of my life in the high deserts of Central Oregon, I discovered the valley to be bursting with color.

I prefer to work with my clients in the outdoors as it gives me an infinite amount of colors and textures with which to choose, yet still get to enjoy the intimate settings of studio work with my portable studio for the babies.  As winter gives way to spring, I am amazed each year by how vibrant the flowers can be and the fact they continue to bloom well into the summer.  Then when summer fades away to fall, again I’m struck by the oranges, reds, and yellows as the leaves change.  The Tualatin Valley provides so many opportunities to play with color and sharing that opportunity with people is a special moment.
